I am a wholesale customer and ordered parts for a client repair. It had been a few days when I decided to send QRP an email via the contact us link. I never heard a response back from that email, so I sent an email from my business email account in response to their automated order confirmation. I still never heard a response. Now a week and a half after my order, I decided to call the company directly. I had to call 3 separate times within 2 days to finally receive a response.

Conversation with quality repair parts summary:

The rep on the phone stated that an adhesive remover I ordered was unable to be shipped as it was not safe. That is the reason my order hadn't been shipped yet. Of course I was upset that I was even allowed to order this adhesive remover online to be shipped. I was also irritated that there was no notice of this error or correspondence from the company. The rep stated he would remove the item and send me a refund for the purchased adhesive remover. Two days after this conversation my items finally shipped. The shipping was fast once it was actually processed.

The refund:

After I received my order I was sure a refund would have been started. I waited a few days and didn't see anything under the returns/refund link on their site. There were no notes of the issue on my account. So I decided to submit a refund request. Finally 2 weeks had passed and there were still no updates or correspondence. I got on the phone again and began to call like a jealous girlfriend. Someone picked up after the 2nd or 3rd in a row that I called. I explained the situation and again the rep apologized and stated the matter would be taken care of right away. At that point I was already so irritated that I just called it a loss. A few days later I actually got a refund.

In conclusion the customer service is insufficient and lacking. The communication is just as bad. I am a wholesale business customer, so I could only imagine how regular customers are treated. Now I see that they have changed their name and branding with no notice to customers. They are now titled RepairPartsUSA.com. I am very careful with my ordering from this company. The shipping and prices are reasonable but the reliability is just not.
