I actually thought that my boards was comming from hover boards.com but guess not but i keep tring to call. HoverBoarder because someone is going to retuen my money ot send me my new hoverboards.

Customer service nightmare

I am a wholesale customer and ordered parts for a client repair. It had been a few days when I decided to send QRP an email via the contact us link. I never heard a response back from that email, so I sent an email from my business email account in response to their automated order confirmation. I still never heard a response. Now a week and a half after my order, I decided to call the company directly. I had to call 3 separate times within 2 days to finally receive a response.

Conversation with quality repair parts summary:

The rep on the phone stated that an adhesive remover I ordered was unable to be shipped as it was not safe. That is the reason my order hadn't been shipped yet. Of course I was upset that I was even allowed to order this adhesive remover online to be shipped. I was also irritated that there was no notice of this error or correspondence from the company. The rep stated he would remove the item and send me a refund for the purchased adhesive remover. Two days after this conversation my items finally shipped. The shipping was fast once it was actually processed.

The refund:

After I received my order I was sure a refund would have been started. I waited a few days and didn't see anything under the returns/refund link on their site. There were no notes of the issue on my account. So I decided to submit a refund request. Finally 2 weeks had passed and there were still no updates or correspondence. I got on the phone again and began to call like a jealous girlfriend. Someone picked up after the 2nd or 3rd in a row that I called. I explained the situation and again the rep apologized and stated the matter would be taken care of right away. At that point I was already so irritated that I just called it a loss. A few days later I actually got a refund.

In conclusion the customer service is insufficient and lacking. The communication is just as bad. I am a wholesale business customer, so I could only imagine how regular customers are treated. Now I see that they have changed their name and branding with no notice to customers. They are now titled RepairPartsUSA.com. I am very careful with my ordering from this company. The shipping and prices are reasonable but the reliability is just not.

I had ordered iPhone replacement parts from Quality Repair Parts in 3403 Oakland Park, FL on May 26th 2015. After reviewing the company website I was lead to believe that I was ordering REAL genuine quality replacement parts that were manufactured in the United States. When I received my package I noticed everything was from China (Not from the States) and all the packaging for the parts I ordered was in Chinese. If I would have know that the parts were from China I would have skipped the middle man (Quality Repair Products) and ordered directly from suppliers in China myself, saving me the mark up cost from Quality Repair Parts.

The main reason I ordered from this company (Quality Repair Parts) which is apparently located in FL was because I was thinking I was actually ordering quality products that were made in USA, not cheap quality products that come from China. Another reason I ordered from this company after reviewing there company website was because it was located in the US and they offered same day shipping with Free delivery using Priority Mail (3 day). I was hoping to save time to fix my phone right away rather than waiting weeks to get an order from China, thinking it would be a faster expected delivery date.

Meanwhile, after 5 days I had to call customer service 2 times, 1st time had to leave a voicemail, Felt very sketchy for a Business not to have someone answering the phone during normal business hours.

The 2nd time I called I was able to speak with a representative named Jay to check the status of where my package was because it had been over 6 days since I was emailed that the package had been picked up by the postal service. Quality Repair Parts also sent a tracking number for my package using the USPS services so I knew when I could expect to receive my items. According to Quality Repair Parts website the order would be sent out immediately and shipped using a 3 day service. After the 2nd day of missing the expected delivery date form the USPS website I called the representative from Quality Repair Parts and I spoke with (Jay) and he blamed the USPS for the package arriving 3 days after the intended delivery date (total of 8 days), when they probably didn’t sent the package to the USPS when then said they did.

After finally receiving my items that I paid for, I realized that I made an honest mistake by ordering 1 wrong part (Glass Replacement for and iPhone 5, rather than what I really needed for a iPhone 5c) that cost only $41.99 out of the $139.14 I spent. After noticing I had the wrong part I immediately went back to the company websites return link to set up a return for the item I no longer needed. A huge part of me ordering from this company was because they also offered returns.

The website states:

"100% satisfaction guarantee and would be more than happy to accept a return within 90 days of the purchase or exchange, and they will even pay the return postage"

This is the response I got:

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, THEY DON'T COME THROUGH WITH ANYTHING THEY STATE ON THERE WEBSITE - DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE!

Where do you think your iPhone was made?

Say it with me, CHINA so it only makes sense that genuine apple parts would come from China. Unfortunately if the parts are made in the they would cost twice as much.

You get what you pay for. Also do you think you'he possibly overlooked that 3 day shipping usually means 3 business days?

Or possibly it got mis-sorted at a facility between Florida and Your post office? Do you realize how many times it gets transferred from one bin to another?

My company used QRP for a few months when we noticed that many of the parts we ordered were poorly made. Frames were not glued completely, bad digitizers, bad LCDs...you name it.

We were also noticing that it was taking longer and longer to get the parts we ordered. We would have place our order and pay for it in full and then be alerted days later that most of our order was on backorder. Meaning we had to wait weeks to get parts we had already paid for. After a few months of our complaints regarding the poor quality of their parts they decided to cancel our wholesale account.

That was fine with us, there are many quality suppliers out there.

Group Vertical, Mobile Defenders, Mobile Sentrix are all good.

but the fact is that you don't understand how this industry works.

Nothing for Apple or Samsung is manufactured In the US.

This has several factors affecting it, but that being said.

The verbage being used on their site is typical for our industry and is understood by those in it.

I have only used Group vertical a couple of times for my business and the parts were very good.

Just so you know Apple dont sell their replacement parts. All Apple replacement parts come from China.

There is different quality of parts from China that different suppliers sell. from B stock, A, A++, and OEM quality.

I own a cell phone repair shop in Oklahoma and have used Quality repair parts many times with success. They can be a little higher than some of my suppliers but generally their parts are of better quality as well.

I just got scammed on a Hoverboard from them for $500...the infamous "Jay" gave me too, a FEDEX tracking # showing that the board was supposed to be picked up on 12-2-15, but still has NOT been picked up as of 12-9-15, but was paid for on 11-25-15. I have called numerous times during normal business hours and always get the answering service.

Good thing I paid for it on AMEX!!! They go after the deadbeat companies and they credit your card IMMEDIATELY!!

i want my money back!!!! was called by fed ex and hoverboard is damaged beyond repair!!

ordered 11-10-16 email after email got a tracking number spoke with fed ex and they are sending it back to quality repair parts but i ordered from hoverboarder.com???? ugh so pissed!!!!

My company specializes in phone repairs and we have been using Quality Repair Parts for years and continue to be impressed by many aspects of its service. It's one of the most user-friendly websites in cyberspace and anytime I've needed help via live chat or on the phone, the staff there have been spot on. I have had no major problems with shipping, most times we get very fast delivery well beyond expectations. We have ordered a wide variety of parts from them, and in my opinion their LCD displays and digitizers are really great quality. Not only are these parts A quality, but their pricing is better than most places online.

No one use this company. On Thursday November 5th 2015 I purchased an iPhone 6plus screen along with a proximity/front facing camera cable in the amount of $130.67. I purchased the most expensive and fastest shipping option they have, I puchased this at 9:30am est and recieved an email that this order was processing. Then I received an email with tracking on Friday the next day 6th with a bogus tracking number. We called and spoke with Piere and he stated he would cancel the order and we would be refunded. We have since called and emailed at least 20+ times a day. They are stealing money and illegally keeping money without giving product. I have called the BBB as well as the county that houses their business license along with my bank to get my money back. Jay and Piere and whoever owns this company are using unethical business practices and unless someone stops them they will continue to steal from customers.

Ive been trying to reach someone from this company for 2 weeks now, it looked like they had the best prices on the market for iphone 6+ screens. When I called noone answered the phone, I never received an email back from the customer service team, and JUST as i was ABOUT to purchase about 3,000$ worth of product, it dawned on me to check reviews about the company.

THANK GOD I DID.

This is a friggen scam and I hope you all get your money back.

After tons of calls and emails, I finally put my review here, called the Oakland park FL business license department, as well as the BBB and finally got my money back. They never called, emailed or apologized.

Definitely lost a long time customer as well as others following suite. Very sad, bad business practices.

I have been trying to reach out to the team members at this company the last 2 weeks and no one answers the phone, calls me back or responds to my emails. I was about to order about $3000 worth of product because their prices online are about $50 cheaper than other companies right now, but then thought to look and see if other customers found their customer service to be a bit sketchy as well. Well it turns out there are many customers that did not look ahead and actually lost money to these people. Quality Repair Parts is not a company I would purchase from until they have excellent customer service and can prove that they are a valuable and loyal company. Good luck to those who got screwed over and I hope that the owners get karma that they deserve.

Hello. Order #19008. Missing Iphone6 Magenetic Screwmat CODE: i6-Screwmat and iPhone 5S Premium LCD and Galss Screen Digitizer Assembly-Black. CODE: 5s-BLK-LCD. I was missing these items since I talked with Pierre on 11/5/15 @1:19pm. Pierre affirmed that he would send those items out on 11/6/15. It is now 11/23/15 and I've yet to receive these items and receive an invoice. Sent 2 emails. Left 3 voice-mails. No answer back. I keep calling them and calling them and goes straight to voicemails. I've had them answer one time on 11/5/15 when I spoke to Pierre but that was it. I have since reported to BBB of Florida today on 11/23/15. Very Unprofessional.

Do not order from this company the parts they send can't be installed. Order two iPhone lcd screens and the home button screws are supposed to be straight across but were actually offset by 30 degrees. Set up a return and sent the merchandise back but have gotten no response in 20 days. Be warned a company with no phone number to call is not a company you want to do business with don't be fooled by their website. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Buy from icracked.com or another reputable company. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY WITH A WEBSITE FRAUD. LIFETIME WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING IF YOU CAN'T CONTACT THEM.

I bought this product online and immediately received an email saying my order was processing. Then I received another email same day saying: Your order has been declined. This is usually due to 2 reasons: 1) The billing address you provided does not match the billing address on file with your credit card 2) The security code entered is incorrect. Check the back of your card for the 3 digit code. if using an American Express, the code is a 4 digit code located on the front of your card. So i assumed the order didn't go through. So i bought the screen somewhere else. I received the screen a few days later. I called to get RMA and they provided me with USPS label to ship back (NO RMA was given to me, just shipping label). I called them once i knew they received it. I called yesterday and they said a refund was in the works and they would email. No email received. Called back today and they were able to refund minus shipping.I did receive an email saying i was going to receive a refund. I called back to complain that i didn't get refunded for the shipping and they told me i was SOL. I complained that this was their error and they should have to pay the shipping too. So finally the guy said he would refund shipping to get me off phone. We'll see if that happens. Very poor customer service.Also they are very slow to respond to emails.

Used to be trustworthy, no longer so

I Have used Quality Repair Parts as a phone parts source for a good year. Quality of parts and customer service dropped dramatically about 4 months ago. Now I can't get anyone on the phone during business hours, I can't get a response to voicemails or emails. I have multiple orders with multiple mistakes, orders that have never been picked up by postal service, refunds and exchanges. And I can't get an answer on a single one. Don't buy from this company. If you get the right part and it works, all is good. But if anything in the manufacturing, ordering, shipping, payment, etc goes wrong, you can't get a response back

Horrible company "if they are really one". Ordered my parts and still nothing after two weeks. Tried calling to find out what was going on and kept getting a voicemail. Left several messages and still no callback. Finally said I was going to contact the fraud department at my bank and the next day I get an email saying my order was canceled.
